PUPPY MATCHING FORM/SALES AGREEMENT
The following questions are designed to assure us, the breeder, that we are choosing the best homes for our AL puppies, and that we are making the best match possible of puppy to owner, taking into consideration your lifestyle. If you have additional information that may assist us in choosing a puppy that will complement your family, please add to the comments section below.
